This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy. Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits. Videnly uses these technologies on videnly.com and app.videnly.com.

1. Categories We Use

Necessary

These technologies support authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, session continuity, saved privacy choices, requested features, and carrying the landing-page label from an explicit Videnly app CTA through authentication. The CTA handoff contains only an allowlisted landing label and one-time random ID, expires after 24 hours or when consumed, and is recorded against an account only after authentication. These technologies cannot be disabled through our consent manager. Browser settings can still block them.

Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, referring pages, general device information, feature interaction, and performance. Analytics remains disabled until you opt in. Analytics identifiers and related data are retained according to the settings configured in our Google Analytics property and applicable provider terms.

Advertising and attribution

With your permission, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, OpenAI Ads Measurement, affiliate referral cookies, and campaign parameters help attribute visits, signups, and purchases and measure advertising performance. These providers may receive identifiers, page or event information, device details, IP-derived information, and campaign data. Depending on applicable law, this may be considered sharing for targeted advertising even though Videnly does not sell personal information for money.

3. Your Choices

On your first visit, optional analytics and advertising are off until you choose otherwise. Rejecting them does not disable the short-lived signup-source handoff created only when you choose a Videnly app CTA. Select "Reject nonessential," "Accept all," or customize each optional category. Reopen at any time from the footer. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising disabled in that browser. You can also clear browser storage or block cookies through browser settings.

4. Changes and Contact

Providers may change cookie names and exact durations. We update this policy when our categories or providers materially change. Questions may be sent to contact@videnly.com.
